Galataport VIP Transfer
You can plan a private chauffeur transfer from Galataport to your hotel or the airport, or from your hotel or the airport to your cruise. Share the ship’s name, your travel date and the number of passengers to get a vehicle and price quote from 3H Limousine.
Meeting plan for cruise passengers
The time the ship arrives at the port and the time passengers are ready for their transfer vehicle may not be the same. Disembarking, baggage and terminal procedures can take time. When booking, share the ship’s planned arrival together with the disembarkation schedule you were given.
The meeting point and contact method should be clarified in the booking confirmation. Do not assume a vehicle will enter any point inside the terminal or that you will be met beside the ship. Ask for meeting details that fit the exit arrangement beforehand and share a phone number you can be reached on during your trip.
If you are going straight from Galataport to the airport, give your flight time together with the ship schedule. In addition to the transfer, enough margin must be left for leaving the ship and airport procedures. For trips where you join the ship, follow the cruise company’s final boarding time.
Combining with a city program
If you want to spend a day in Istanbul beyond the transfer, you can ask for a separate quote for a full-day chauffeur service. Share the places you want to see, your return-to-ship or flight time and your luggage situation. Service duration, kilometer allowance, extra costs and vehicle access to the places you visit are clarified at the quote stage. Mention guide or entrance ticket requests separately.
