No. Your booking is confirmed after vehicle availability, service details and the final price are confirmed via WhatsApp.
What does the full-day service include?
Full-day service covers 10 hours / 150 km. Extra time, mileage and route expenses are confirmed separately before booking.
Are tolls, bridges and parking included?
Tolls, bridges, parking and special extras are confirmed separately in your service quote.
How are the vehicle and luggage capacity confirmed?
Vehicle selection and availability are confirmed when booking. Specify passenger numbers, large suitcases and child-seat needs.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Send changes or cancellation requests via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Any fees or refund conditions are shared before your booking is confirmed.
What if my flight is delayed?
Include your flight number in the booking request. Notify us of schedule changes or delays via WhatsApp. The pickup plan and any waiting fee are confirmed separately.
Where do we meet at the airport?
The terminal, meeting point and pickup instructions are shared with your booking confirmation. You can enter the guest name for a pickup sign in the form.
How can I pay?
The payment method, currency and any deposit are confirmed via WhatsApp before the booking is finalized.

Changes & Cancellation
Booking changes or cancellation requests should be communicated through WhatsApp as early as possible. If a cancellation charge or refund condition applies, it will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
In circumstances outside reasonable control, such as flight delays, road closures, traffic or weather conditions, the service plan may be adjusted according to the circumstances.
